Shipping + Processing


The nationwide COVID pandemic is extending both processing + shipping speeds. Currently orders are typically processed in approximately 3-5 business days. We are usually at the faster end of processing time. During holidays + large sales volume weeks processing time is extended and orders can take 4-10 business days (and in some cases longer) to process.

You can also choose PRIORITY at checkout. If you need your order sooner, your order will be processed in approx. 3 business days, should you select PRIORITY mail at checkout. In addition to our processing time there is additional time for shipping! 


Orders are NOT insured!!!! If you want your order insured you MUST purchase ROUTE insurance at checkout. Route covers your order in instances where your package is lost, damaged, or stolen! If you do NOT purchase ROUTE insurance and something happens to your order, your order will NOT be reimbursed in any way (monetarily or with product)!

Before submitting your order make sure you VERIFY everything; your items, sizes, quantities and your address. Make sure you enter AND apply your discount code before paying.
If you have questions regarding your order you can sign into your account to see the status and track the package. Any shipping issues need to be handled through the shipping carrier (typically USPS).
